Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Finch Gear purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@finchgear.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
